What is it?
'Navigating Perimenopause' is a new support group aimed at women who are experiencing a whole range of symptoms related to entering perimenopause. Facilitated by Nutritionist & Therapeutic Counsellor Kelly Worgan, the group is an opportunity for women to come together to share and create a sense of belonging in a world that can feel confusing, upsetting and unfamiliar.
Over 8 two-hour sessions on Thursday evenings, we will share experiences and build a small, trusting community. I will bring a selection of educational tools to make the sessions engaging, interesting and enjoyable, while leaving the room open for participants to share their own experiences and learning.

Who is it for?
Women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, including, but not limited to, brain fog, a loss of desire, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, loss of confidence, feelings of isolation, loss of identity, changes in responsibility, hair loss, weight gain and much more.
Notice I didn't mention hot flushes and loss of periods? These common symptoms are just the tip of the perimenopause iceberg. This group is for women experiencing all the symptoms, including those less common or less talked-about symptoms.
Why are groups so important?
Humans are social animals. When we come together and hear each other's stories, we are often validated in our own experiences. Being part of a safe, moderated group can build confidence, something so often lacking during perimenopause.
Why are spaces limited?
This group puts the emotional, physical & mental wellbeing of women at the centre of what we do. I want to create a safe space for women to share and feel heard. Keeping the group small ensures that every woman feels valued.
What do I get for my investment?
The cost for 8 sessions is £250. More cost-effective than one-to-one therapy or counselling, this represents a space to make connections and explore your experiences in a space facilitated by a qualified, trauma-informed counsellor who is also trained in group facilitation.
Likely benefits will be improved mental & emotional health, improved self-confidence & self-esteem, a better understanding of what is happening to your body, increased confidence in the home and the workplace and a more-informed approach when navigating wider discussions about your own body.
What next?
Contact me at info@kellyworgan.co.uk, expressing your interest in the group. We can then organise a short assessment, which will include a few questions about your current health & wellbeing, a risk assessment and an opportunity to answer any further questions you might have.
